A second of solitude.

Do you ever feel like you want to be alone for a little bit???

We all feel like that once in a while. Sometimes it is because your angry, or sad, or just stressed out. You can even be confused.This happens to me sometimes too. I call it a second of solitude. Just sit alone and think of all the positives you have had today and let go of whatever is keeping you down.So whenever this happens you can have a second of solitude.

You should not let your feelings keep you down.
